At RISE Charter School, our commitment to excellence extends beyond the classroom and into the governance of our institution. As the policy-making body of the Charter School, our School Board is composed of dedicated individuals who bring diverse expertise and dedication to the advancement of our students and the fulfillment of our mission. Board members volunteer their time and service on a regular basis to make decisions in the best interest of our schools and students.
Comprised of community leaders, parents, and professionals, our School Board plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of RISE Charter School. With a focus on fostering an inspiring, rigorous, and inclusive learning environment, the Board collaborates closely with school leadership to ensure that every student receives the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

School board meetings are held for the purpose of setting or amending school policies; acting on recommendations by the Administration on matters ranging from personnel to maintenance of facilities; adopting a budget; and authorizing the spending of budgeted funds.
The agenda for each meeting is posted both at the physical school location, 203 Center Street West, Kimberly ID, and online. Click here to view board agendas.
If you would like to speak to the Board, please use this form to make a request. The Board encourages community input on board agenda topics but complaints or concerns regarding personnel or individual students should be discussed first with the Executive Director and Administration.
If you cannot attend the meeting in person, RISE offers a courtesy Zoom link to attend virtually. Zoom links are located at the top of every meeting agenda posted online.
