I have been an elementary school teacher since 1999 (sixth, third, fifth grades) and over the years, I have had the opportunity of working with amazing educators, students, and families. The vast majority of my students are now adults, and it is absolutely wonderful when I see them in the community or they drop by my classroom to catch me up on their lives.
When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time in the sunshine biking, hiking, feeding squirrels, and snowshoeing. I also like to sit on the benches near the canyon walls and watch the hawks and eagles swoop across the sky.
