REQUIRED POLICY

INSTRUCTION 
 
Minute of Silence Notice 
 
This notice is provided to inform you that the school will observe a minute of silence at or near the beginning of each school day. 
 
During this minute, your student may sit quietly or engage in any silent activity permitted by school rules and Charter School policy as long as it doesn’t distract or interfere with other students. Disruption of the minute of silence may result in disciplinary action.  
 
The School encourages you to offer direction to your child on silent reflection or activity to engage in during the minute of silence. 
 
The minute of silence and provision of this notice are required by Idaho Code.
