Steven Paulsen – Chairman

Dusti Jensen – Board Director
Jonathan Butler – Board Director
Heidi Child – Executive Director
Vice Chair Cann moved to enter Executive Session at 6:17pm. Seconded by Director Jensen. The motion passed 5-0.
Pursuant to Idaho Code Section 74-206(1), the RISE Charter School Board met in executive session to discuss the following:
(b) To consider the evaluation, dismissal or disciplining of, or hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent, or public school student;
At 7:37pm Director Butler moved to exit Executive Session. Director Jensen seconded. Motion passed 4-0.
The board reconvened to Open Session at 7:38pm. Director Butler moved to accept resignation. Director Jensen seconded. Motion passed 4-0.
