¡Hola! Allow me to introduce myself my name is Mrs. Ana Carpenter or Sra. Carpenter. I am originally from the beaches of San Diego, California and have also lived in historical Newport News, Virginia. My husband, Mike (a native of Jerome), and children moved to the Magic Valley in 1999. We have lived here for the past 24 years and have loved raising our 4 now adult children here and loved being part of this amazing community.
My educational background includes studying communications at the University of Southern California, bilingual elementary education at the College of Southern Idaho, and educational studies at Western Governors University. My professional experience includes teaching in private schools, Head Start, and this is my third public charter school. My teaching experience includes preschool through high school education in various subjects.
I am excited to be teaching Spanish at RISE Charter School and getting to know the students and families.
